As a Human Resource Practitioner, I pledge to carry out my duties and responsibilities with integrity and diligence, demonstrate competent and ethical behavior in all my businesses, professional and personal activities, respect the laws of the land, promote, encourage, and emplace acceptable processes and procedures in the practice of human resource management within my sphere of influence, endeavour to make personal decisions after considering all options, of which resignation may be one; where there are conflicts between the tenets of my professional obligations and the expectations of my job roles.
Personally, I have adopted the code of Ethics of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA), as the guiding principle in my career. Therefore, in order to add value to the organization I work for, and maintain ethical standard in people management and leadership, I shall:

I am the founder of Education African Scholars Global Connect, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering African youth to pursue their academic aspirations abroad. Our comprehensive support services are tailored to assist students in securing admission to their desired universities and obtaining scholarships.
