I facilitate different human capacity building projects for young people in Nigeria and other African countries.
Support Education
I am the Pioneer Chairman, Board of Trustees to this Alumni Association. Since the formal establishment of this body in March 2022, we have been contributing to the growth and development of students in College of Management Sciences at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike, Nigeria-my alma-mater. We do this by offering scholarships to indigent students and facilitate different skills acquisition programs for them.
Youth Empowerment Program
As the founder of Education African Scholars Global Connect, I help African youths achieve their dreams of studying abroad by providing a range of services designed to help them secure admission and scholarships. My team and I assist them with searching for and identifying graduate programs, applying for admissions and funding, preparing for standardized tests, writing application essays and research proposals, researching and applying for scholarships, assisting with SEVIS fee payments, conducting mock F-1 interviews, and others.
Facilitate Conferences
As Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, I volunteered in plannining and hosting different conferences, seminars, workshops and other human resource training and development programs for employees in both private and public sectors in Nigeria.

One core area of my competency in the MPA program is how I can approach issues as public administrator in my day to day activities in any organisation I work with. Economically, I have the ability to carefully manage the scarcely resources of the organization, while efficiently utilizing the available resources to achieve great value. Effectively, I can contribute to produce a desirable outcome and equally treat everyone fairly in order to promote inclusion and diversity in the organization.
Successfully worked with a diverse group
I have worked with my colleagues who are from different background with different perspectives and ideologies. One interesting group assignment in my first year is the task for us to present a constructive argument on why police budget should not be reduced. My cotribution to this argument is how proper funding can promote integrity and honesty amongst officers in police department. It was a great experience for me because, we shared ideas together which gave me more insight.
